Medical Microdermabrasion is a mechanical exfoliation
of the outer epidermis. In removing dead skin cells and
creating cell turnover while also stimulating collagen, a
variety of skin conditions can be treated. These conditions
include; sun damage, large pores, acne scaring and rough
skin texture. This is a great treatment for all people to help
brighten the look and feel of your skin. Microdermabrasion
works fabulously in conjunction with Chemical Peels. A
series of 4-6 Microdermabrasions is recommended every 2
weeks with a maintenance of every 3-4 months. A comple-
mentary Zinc or Aloe mask will be applied after every
microdermabrasion treatment.

Chemical peels are a chemical exfoliation of the outer
epidermis. There are several chemical peel treatments,
your medical technician will determine which one is best
for you. These peels work best in conjunction with
microdermabrasion to treat the same conditions as listed
in the Medical Microdermabrasion section. We feel that
since these two treatments work so synergistically together
that we often offer these two treatments together to give
you, the patient, a superior result.

Chemical Peels
Do you appear angry, stressed or tired even when you are
not? Dynamic wrinkles are caused by repeated facial
expressions such as squinting or frowning. A few drops of
Botox® Cosmetic are injected into the muscle to block the
nerve impulses in a specific area, allowing the muscle to
relax. The wrinkles gradually soften, giving your face a
more refreshed and relaxed appearance. Botox® Cosmetic
is the most requested medical aesthetic procedure for
wrinkles caused by repeated facial expressions around
the eyes and forehead with occasional use around the
mouth. Botox® Cosmetic was FDA approved in 2002 and

Dermal Fillers

components breakdown. The skin loses structure and
